 Jess Roper McLamb
Jess is president and founder of The Roper Group and has more than thirty years of accounting, management, and training experience. Jess graduated from East Carolina University with a B.A. in Math and a minor in Psychology and attended NC State University for post graduate accounting courses. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Her clients include healthcare providers, medical spas, service providers, and retail companies.
Jess is a past president and current treasurer of the Greater Raleigh Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and she founded the Wake County Women Business Owner's Network. She is also a 2008 Sam Walton Emerging Entrepreneur Awardee.
 Amy Harvey, Bookkeeper
Amy first started using QuickBooks in 1999 and has worked with over 50 non-profit and for profit companies on various versions of the software. She graduated from Florida State Uniiversity in 1998 with a degree in Public Relations. In 2007, she obtained her Certified Bookkeepers designation from the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. She joined The Roper Group in 2006 and works with a variety of clients including construction companies, realtors and individuals. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
April Hamilton, Bookkeeper
April holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from Livingstone College and has over seven years of experience in using QuickBooks for a variety of clients in various industries. She joined The Roper Group in 2010. Her clients include medical spas, non-profits, and service providers.
Katie Hedrick, Marketing Intern
Katie is a senior at NC State University. She will graduate in 2011 with a degree in Business Management and Interpersonal Communications with an emphasis in marketing. She joined The Roper Group in 2010.
 Kim Lewey, Trainer
Kim worked in banking for 18 years, specializing in loan operations and credit standards. Her duties included providing classroom and one-on-one training for customer contact and backroom personnel. She also worked for a non-profit for four years before starting a service business with her husband and then later her own retail business. She has over nine years of experience using QuickBooks. Kim's past experience in classroom training and her understanding of small business operations and QuickBooks provide a unique combination for providing QuickBooks training to our clients. She joined The Roper Group in 2010.
Brooke Schwab, Bookkeeper
Booke has over 17 years of experience in accounting, both in the public and private sectors, with special emphasis on the healthcare industry. She joined The Roper Group in 2010. Her clients include service providers, contractors and medical practices.
 Tammy Wiles, Bookkeeper
Tammy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from NC State University and has sixteen years of experience in the field. She has worked as an auditor for a national CPA firm and as Controller for a midsize wholesale distributor. Tammy held a NC CPA license for nine years before leaving the workforce to raise a family. She joined The Roper Group in 2007 where she works with non-profits and service providers. She is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
Donna Greico
Donna provides administrative assistance to our staff and to our customers. She joined The Roper Group in 2009.
